1. How do I connect to Netlink Wi-Fi?
Turn on your Wi-Fi, connect to the Netlink Africa network name (SSID), then open your browser. The login page will appear — enter your username or voucher code to connect.
2. How do I buy data or renew my plan?
You can buy directly from our agents, through Mobile Money, or from our online portal. After payment, your access is activated instantly.
3. My internet is slow — what should I do?
Check if multiple devices are connected or if you’re downloading large files. Try reconnecting or restarting your router. If the issue continues, contact our support team.
4. Can I share my Wi-Fi with others?
Sharing is allowed only within your household or authorized area. Reselling or redistributing the network is not permitted.
5. What happens if my connection drops?
